Ever since I got my first pair of gladiator sandals a couple summers ago, i've really admired them. Since I live in Florida, everyone pretty much lives in flip flops. I get tired of rubber flip flops & leather rainbow sandals though. I'd rather wear something more stylish & dressy. That's where the gladiator sandals come in. The"This is Sparta!!" comments from my guy friends don't stop me from wearing them. I like them in a high heel too for a unique look.

    love the look of maui and sons too! the article in teen vogue about them has stayed in my mind for a while. I would love to try and find one on ebay. i also really like those rope necklaces the girls wore in that article...

    they're perfect for summer and spring and just make everything look stylish or glamorous.
    it works with almost everything.

    I admit I wear once in a while flipflops... but I hate them :)

    My interview was for Oprah magazine. I just didn't want to publicize the name because, I don't know... I didn't? lol

  7. heheheehee boys and their comments...I just got a pair of these but I have to be careful what I wear them with (I'm short and calves are pretty thick :P) love the heeled ones, too!
