This morning while waiting for my P.R. class to start I was flipping through my Harper's Bazaar when I stumbled upon this Hermes ad. Instantly it took me from a blah winter to day to a sunny tropical isle. Karlie Kloss looks like some sort of mermaid with her rapunzel braid & pillow of scarves. I love an advertisement's ability to take you to make you daydream.
On a random side note, I've heard covering your pillows with silk scarves or pillowcases does wonders for your hair!

ReplyDeleteI heard about the silk pillow thing, but haven't tried it yet. I thought it would be too much work to handwash/dry clean the pillowcases every week! Let me know if you try it out and the results with your hair though. This is a pretty ad and I would love to braid my hair like that. xoxo

I sleep with a silk pillow because well, they're pretty, I'm a sap for rose pink and my hair has a tendency to frizz the fuck out unless I sleep on it.

i have heard that it makes hair softer! I lovee the braid, so beachy and beautiful, makes me want to go to the beach, but it's still too cold!
