I'm obsessed with Cole Haan's Spring 2010 lookbook-- it's shot by The Selby so it has a perfectly candid look to it. I love that so many brands are jumping on the fashion blog bandwagon and are shooting lookbooks that defy the traditional run-of-the mill shots. It's okay to smile once in a while you know! :)
The lookbook perfectly captures the all American essence of Cole Haan, but has a nice added trendy and personal edge to it!

I so agree! It's so much more interesting and beautiful when the clothes are actually in motion - you can actually how they're worn, not posed. does that make sense?

ReplyDeleteI really like their campaign. I think that the more relaxed and real look of the models makes people see themselves in that clothing/shoes/etc more than the posed lookbooks. Or maybe that's just me, because I want to live in these pictures!
