Though leather jackets were originally reserved for motorcyle riding rebels without a cause, now they're worn by fashionistas everywhere. Just slipping one on (real or faux) lets all of us channel our inner rebel. I invested in a motorcycle jacket of my own in while traveling through Florence, Italy and its quickly become one of my fall wardrobe staples. I throw it on over girly dresses, pair it with jeans and use pretty much any excuse to wear it.

  2. Leather jackets are timeless classics! A couple of yeares ago, I was digging through my closet and found an unworn jacket. I didn't think it was mine, so I asked around and found out that my father had bought it for me on a trip to Canada - he picked it up because it was faux leather and he thought that as a vegetarian I'd like it! Isn't that sweet? It's comfy and soft and I wear it all the time - and means much more to me because of its 'sentimental value' ! :)

  4. cute, but James Dean neither smokes, drives a motorcycle, nor wears a leather jacket in Rebel Without a Cause. He wears a red windbreaker and drives a Mercury.

  8. I'm lovin' the whole tough girl trend right now! I would love to have a leather jacket (real or faux) or my own and I would totally pair it over girly dresses and such to look a little less rebellious.

  11. Oh man! This post reminds me of a seriously sad story... Last year while I was in LA I bought this BEAUTIFUL military inspired leather jacket from Rock and Republic that I paid a small fortune, about $500 for. I got to Spain, wore it ONCE and left it on the metro!!!! :( Everytime I think about leather jackets it makes me sad.

  15. Hello,

This is the marvelous post that I have come over after huge searches. Motorcycle Jackets are not just a fad anymore but a need for hardcore fashion enthusiasts. Trips and excursions are incomplete without this stylish piece of fabric.

  16. The first suggestion when Winter Jackets looking for cheap women’s leather jackets may seem contradictory, but it isn’t. By catching leather retailers at just the right time, you can often save big money on overstocked merchandise. Wait a minute – didn’t we just establish that Down Jacket retail prices were too expensive? How can they possibly be described as cheap? The reason is that stores such as Wilson’s and the Gap often run clearance several times a year, most Outerwear notably off-season. So, by shopping these outlets as the seasons change, you can catch some pretty incredible deals.
